At Core Vital, we are very passionate about helping others, whether it's resolving physical problems or simply just maintaining a healthy balance. Helping others is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a massage therapist.

As the owner of Core Vital, I am a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 2012 and have been practicing massage ever since. The many great benefits of therapeutic massage is what attracted me to this profession.

Whether a therapist for 10 years or 30 years, I will always continue to learn and grow. I feel a person should never stop learning and bettering themselves no-matter their profession or passion. I will always focus on being the best I can, not only for myself, but for my clients and future clients as well.

I love what I do and will always treat my clients with respect, kindness and patience. Helping them achieve whatever their goals are through massage.
